Client crashing in the middle of teamfights due to spamming abilities and items

This is the fifth or sixth time that my client has crashed in the midst of an important team fight. This usually happens when I am spamming my keys to use my abilities, and then all of a sudden my client crashes to the bugsplat report screen.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
