Key fragment bug on new client

Hi, (i'll try my best writing in english so understand if there are some error ty<3). I'll start this post saying that i know already all the information about the drop rating system of the key fragment.

Now, i have seen that, 1 month ago(around the start of march) while playing on the new client(and a sudden crash of this one itself), the game stop dropping key fragment. I didn't notice instantly of the problem so i keep playiing with the new client. After more than 3 weeks and realizing that no fragment were dropped i decide to switch client with the legacy one. Coincidence or not, the next 7 games(win of course) i dropped every single game a key fragment while playing on the old client. So, or this is one hell of a coincidence that the game just decide to restart dropping fragment exactly after switching client, or my new client is bugged and it will not drop fragment.

( take in mind that now is the 18th of april so more that a month and an half have passed and i still didn't dropped any single fragment on the new client, while the reset occur every month).
