LAUNCH button doesn't appear

I was about to start a PVP game and all of a sudden i was back in the main menu as if i had not just been loading into a match. I closed and reopened LOL Launcher but the button doesn't appear??? Hope I don't get banned for this because i was honestly going into a match.
