Leaverbuster not working

I know this might sound like I'm snitching to myself but I'm supposed to have 20min leaverbuster ban for 5 games but when I go queue the leaverbuster message doesn't appear and I'm queuing as if nothing happened.

I mean you don't have to solve this if you don't want to.
