Vi Q taken out for whole game

So when I purchased I really liked playing her. Extremely fun and awesome for a champion. The only thing that bothered me about was when charging up my q (vault breaker) and lets just saying im going to gank someone, while my q is charging and I die with it charging, I cant even use my q again for the entire match. Its a really bad bug once it happens to you. It has cost me some ranked matches with her. Has anyone else encountered this situation?
