Glitchy Nocturne Ultimate after target flash's

After targeting Jinx she flash's and nocturne gets stuck on the wall for a few seconds before instantly appearing to where he was supposed to go. From my understanding nocturne should just follow like a vi or his regular ultimate. It was very delayed and very deceiving.
