anivia q bug - dealing NO DMG and it just simply evaporates.

It is korean-patched but still its NA server. I tested anivia at KR server as well. Same result. Sometimes works fine, sometimes it just evaporates. However, at the skill Q button, you can see it is activating for few secs.

this bug occured 4 times in 3min video. Imagine this at summoner's rift. Really really critical bug for anivia player. This needs to be fixed asap.
