[GAMEPLAY] Bottom golem camp can be kited to red buff bush, top cannot.

What the title says. If you stand in the bottom redbuff bush and aggro the golems, they will reach the bush, if you aggro the top golems from redbuff bush, they get less than half the distance.

It gives ranged champions far more time to get free hits, probably saves you two or more hits from each golem on average on the first clear (so ~150 hp). Really big problem for Heimerdinger jungle (, since the bottom can easily use the same turrets to kill both red buff and golems, while the top cannot, and turrets do not reach both wraiths and red very well. Not a huge deal, but still a problem.
