Patcher stalls at 87%

Every time I try to update League for patch 5.4 and 5.4. The patcher stops at 87% every single time. I've tried repairing it multiple time and it always stops and about 4000 files. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely numerous times. I have had no issues before with the patcher or even running the game. What should I do?
