second day i cant log in the game nor can i even see the boards without using a vpn

2 days ago(maybe 3) I got a patch update then I couldn't even log in league I went to the boards and the whole league site wasn't even working I read on some site that I can log in using a VPN so I did. the day after everything was normal but today the same thing happened again. so what I'm supposed to do now?

deinstall this garbage
