Bugsplat entering games

Ive been having this ongoing problem where i try to go into a game and get a Bugsplat when entering saying i have a corrupt file. It happens once every day I try to play get a Bugsplat after champ select going into the game and get a leaver ban for 5 games. I thought reinstalling would help and it didnt it still keeps happening idk WTF to do this is SO FRUSTRATING! Can anybody help please.
