[GAMEPLAY] Hotkeys don't work sometimes

hey guys. I'm not sure if its my computer or the game, but I have about a 15% chance of heading into a game unable to use hotkeys. I have no idea why, and the only way that I have found to fix the issue is to DC and reconnect, and if that doesn't work, close the entire client, and start again.

It always happens straight away; I never am playing the game and suddenly just CANT use my abilities. However, the issue is getting a little out of hand with how often I have to get a late start in a ranked match.

As a side note, this has been happening for awhile now. I have no idea how many others deal with it.

I just had a ARAM game as soraka and could not use any of my hotkeys. No spells, summoners, or item hotkeys. Had to play the whole game using only the mouse.....

I have this happen quite often, probably at least one in every 10 games, so it's not you. I've also had a couple friends that i play with having the same problem.
