I just came out of a game with Katarina where I was unable to use any of the Q,E,R and B spells. Just please look into this. I've seen other threads also bring it up with other champs such as Kassadin. I didn't die so I didn't experience a fix, I even tried logging in and out but to no avail. I see this as a bug that can affect games competitively in ranked and it should be looked into.
Though this isn't the correct format for this report, I just want to mention this bug occurs with multiple champions with channeling spells. It has occurred to me on Sion (Q), Katarina (R), and Malzahar (R). I am not able to reproduce it 100%, but it usually occurs after taking cc during said channeled spell. I suspect that its not just cc, but specifically knock up/backs It locks you into the channel and all spells that you would not be able to use during the channel are simply unusable until reconnecting. This means that on Sion you can only use W, on Katarina only W, and on Malzahar, you can't use any spells.
