Unable to purchase Lunar Revel Pass Despite having the RP to do so.

Found solution: If you click on the lunar pass bundle from the loot tab in the shop it provides the additional option to acknowledge that items purchased as a bundle are non refundable, then i'm allowed to purchase it.
