[GAMEPLAY] Devourer double attack not adding stacks to the new Guinsoo's rageblade

I was actually playing with jax in jungle, i builded devourer and completed it then i bought the Guinsoo's rageblade A melee autoattack normally gives 2 stacks to the Guinsoo's rageblade ability. Now theorically the double attack given by the devourer should add 2 + 2 stacks That did not worked, not even once in the whole game. So i thought 'that is probably a bug! Let's report it!' That is all.
