[GAMEPLAY] Devourer double attack not adding stacks to the new Guinsoo's rageblade

I was actually playing with jax Jax in jungle, i builded devourer item 3930 and completed it then i bought the Guinsoo's rageblade item 3124 A melee autoattack normally gives 2 stacks to the Guinsoo's rageblade ability. Now theorically the double attack given by the devourer should add 2 + 2 stacks That did not worked, not even once in the whole game. So i thought 'that is probably a bug! Let's report it!' That is all.

I also tried this on Jax in a custom and in addition to your issue for me, with Sated Devourer and Guinsoo's Rageblade the passive of Jax's ultimate would not proc every 2 hits until Guinsoo's had attained max stacks.

Guinsoo's stacks applies on attack, not on hit. It does the same with Runaan's Hurricane (1 stack per attack even if multiple targets are hit).
