[GAMEPLAY] Pulsefire Caitlyn bug

Pulsefire Caitlyn turns red when Lulu uses her W (Polymorph) on her during her passive's Headshot. The skin stays red until you die. http://prntscr.com/fdlcf5 http://prntscr.com/fe0be1

Edit: Tried re-creating it but failed. Replay doesn't show the bug.

This happened in my game yesterday (on an enemy Caitlyn, I was the Lulu), but she stayed red for the rest of the game.
