Tribunal always down.
The Tribunal - Maintenance
About two years ago the tribunal went down. I have yet to see it back up. Any clue on why it is always down?

Because the Instant Feedback system has replaced it for the time being. They put it on the backburner while they worked on the New Champion Select, and it is a priority afterwards.
