Client full of problems on low end Mac

So I'm going to leave this as ~~ simple~~ detailed as I can, I have a low end mac, more specifically the 2010 model of the Mac Mini, 2.4 GHz Intel 2 Duo with 2gb ram and software version OS X 10.9.5 (13F1134), now before I say anything else my brother with higher end, more powerful Mac is doing just fine, it's just seems to effect lower end Macs as he's not experiencing any of these problems, I just restored my computer a bit ago and before I did this I wasn't experiencing any of these complications. Here is a list of things I've had to go through with my client seemed to be being bugged:

1. Every time i join champ select(ranked, casual, blind, etc.) chat won't show up for at least 30 seconds and won't load the chat I missed, since I love casual blind pick this really hurts me as a player not being to communicate with my team for a better comp.

2. A lot of the time when I queue up, the timer will count but I'll never get the accept/decline window, I won't even be notified of the game, I'll just see the window for joining the champ select appear and disappear and the queue noise will go off all within a half of a second, I when I was in a Skype call with a friend I got the window a minute late, at least that's what he told me.

3. A bug will appear in champ select that everyone has "left the game" and I can't do anything in the menu, which can be seen here thankfully I don't get leaverbuster, I think Riot has already noticed this bug and prevented it from happening.

4. There was one minor incident just last night(not totally related) where I had just bought Gragas played a bunch of games after I bought him(not playing with him) and I earned about 450 ip which is now gone and i only have 40, this has happened before and I don't understand in the slightest bit why it happens but it does.

I'm going to try re-installing League right now and will update the post to see if this solves any issues, if the post isn't updated then it obviously didn't work. Edit 1: Just for reference it's not my internet, I have an extremely strong ethernet connection.

Edit 2: I redownloaded the launcher and the problems still occur.
