Missing LP!!

Ok I had 0 LP today when i first started playing ranked, I played 4 games and lost 1, i win around 21 LP per game, now I have 28 LP, even though I had 40 before last game, and then we won, so I should have 60 LP right now, someone help! And now because I left last game for 5 mins, you put me in 20 mins lower queue priority, while I was restarting the laptop and the router because they both bugged, please help Riot.. Even though i was carrying with ezreal, if you want any photos I have .. Help please..
