I have a question for system of optimized skin/champ sales

I opened a pack, there was 6 skins and the thing is, I had a dragonslayer for 70 percent off. So I decided to buy that because it was 70 percent off(Really Cheap). Then after 3 or 4 hours, the dragonslayer changed to light arch ! FOR 40 percent off! Is this a bug?
