Mastery Progression

is anyone else experiencing this bug? i just opened/updated my league client today and when i went to check my champ masteries i noticed they had all been erased/reset including season best score, and i thought at first that it might be reset for pre-season or something like that, but i played a game as sona and i still had my lvl 5 mastery tag and it showed in the post-game, and i went to check the collections tab in the client, and it was the same
