[Bug] [Velkoz (arclight)] [Summoners Rift] [Ranked 5v5]

In the last four days I have played 15-20 ranked games with vel'koz, mostly with the arclight skin. My Q has shot directly through people and done absolutely nothing at least 6 times. Against various champions under no specific conditions.

It was only with the arclight skin and I do not know if it is a unique bug to vel'koz or to the skin, or if other champions are experiencing it. But I have played a lot of vel'koz games and had never seen this until now.
