[Loot] Capsules not showing up

So I am on a smurf account leveling it up, and of course when you hit a new level, you get a champion capsule. However, on two of the past 4 levels, the capsule is not showing up at all. I know there was AT LEAST blue essence in the capsule, as my BE balance increased. However, I would like to as least open the capsule to know for sure instead of it being sent straight to my BE. I submitted a ticket for this once, and it was confirmed as a bug, but I would like for this to not continue to happen.
