"Surrender/FF" Bug.

Over the last few weeks I've been playing. And I have noticed when a surrender vote is started while I'm dead, It automatically vote yes for me without ever giving me the option to vote. I don't know if this is just for certain players or it's a problem with the patch but this really needs to be addressed.
