[Launcher] We're unable to log you in because you may be offline.

I've been getting this warning most of the time since yesterday (9/2/18) it's messing with the launcher sometimes I'll see the Nunu splashpage and sometimes it's the Highnoon Lucian one. I've tried several fixes, from closing it in Task manager to going into the LeagueClientSettings.yaml file and deleting a line, to just reinstalling the game completely.

However sometimes I do get to log in, but it's not consistent. I've been able to log in after disconnecting from the modem one time, but not the next time for example.
