Black triangles near Dragon

Lately I've been experiencing black triangles near the Dragon pit and other various places on the map. I get them every single game and don't know how to fix it

I made a custom game to see if i would see this, but I'm not seeing any black triangles at or near the dragon pit. Was anybody else on your team or enemy team able to see them?

I have run into the same problem. After reinstalling my Windows, I have black triangles in multiple areas, most notibly the dragon pit - screenshot) and blue side tear 3 bot lane tower - screenshot.

I have also seen similar pictures in this thread on PBE, but cant post there, since I dont own a PBE account.

As instructed in the PBE thread, I am also adding my dxdiag and game.cfg.

This problem is happening every single game and in the exactly same spots.
