can't connect to the game

I was trying to play a normal game today and made it through champ select with no problems, but when it started loading into the game everyone was at 0% for like 10 minutes. I then quit out of the game and tried loading it again, the screen was white for like 5 minutes and then the same thing happened. I decided to try to play on my laptop since my computer is new and that might be the issue. although i have played on this computer a couple days before with no issues. then i logged on my laptop, tried to connect and it said, "connection to server lost", or something along those lines. there is nothing wrong with my internet as i was listening to music on spotify, it doesnt really matter to me if this only happens on my level 20 account, but im now too scared to play on my main since i dont want the same thing to happen there. it gave me a leaver buster thing at the end of the game.
