[Client] The Leaver Buster extends over 20 minutes and when it finishes the timer freezes.

During a leaver buster i do something else on a different tab. When I comeback to the league of Legends window to check it, the leaver buster restarts. ( I was at 6 minutes and then when i go back to check it, it's at 11 minutes ).

The next problem is when i finish waiting 30 minutes ( because it the leaver extended ) and the timer freezes ( an example i had was when it froze at 29:40 ). This forces me exit and redo the queue. If I don't I'll be stuck in it queue without a single match up appearing.
