How do i join Clash?? there is no "competition" tab

i wanted to make a clash team, but there does not apper to be a "competition" button in the tap.... help?

There is no clash going on right now.

Considering it keeps breaking, i have a feeling riot is taking it apart and whacking it with a wrench (spanner?) until it is less of a mess.

i believe clash got terminated due to bugs a while ago
