Yasuo Bug. Inability to perform actions. [gameplay]

I have noticed for a while that when using yasuo there is a gameplay issue. After inputting a list of commands, I occasionally become unable to use any action including skills and autos, however, I dont have any issue moving the character. I first noticed this a while back following a yasuo ultimate. Upon exiting the ultimate, no skills could be used. It now seems to be worse and become unable to use any abilites following a heavy key input. It happens about once a game, maybe a little less.
