Incredible Azir Bug

I was playng as azir in the summoners rift. after back to base i saw the opportunity to use my passive and create a tower in the fountain... I try and it actualy gerate an usless tower But the deal is that the fountain regenerate healt to the tower so it doesn't self destruct, so i couldn't generate towers for the rest of the game and i started to see the icon for generating the Azir tower anywere whitout generating anything
