[CLIENT] No more loot

Since 3 months ago I didn't get keys/chests anymore. Yesterday I got 6 S ranks (S- ; S ; S+) and I didn't get at least 1 chest. My teammate got S+ and I didn't get any chests. 4 months ago I got keys/chests on almost every game. Please resolve it

Did you get the chests on those champions this season? ( only one per champ per season ) Did you get punished recently? ( getting punished takes away the rewards for awhile ) I would contact support if that's not the case.
