Champion Select Not Loading

I've just started using the new client, and TWICE now while I was waiting for a game to start. I click ACCEPT on the queue pop, and then we go to champion select ALL I SEE IS A BLACK SCREEN. NOTHING. I tried moving the client, minimizing and everything. I can still hear all the sounds including bans and people picking champions. Then when it goes to my turn I cant do anything and just hear the thud.. thud... thud... thud of my LP going down. As soon as it says YOU HAVE LEFT CHAMPION SELECT the screen is 100% normal again.

So now im waiting 30 minutes for my penalty and typing to complain.
