Client (Hextech Crafting)

So even though the month rotated I have won 12 games with a party of 3 and have not unlocked a key fragment thinking there might be a bug with the month refreshing the chances of a key or it has something to do with me having 0 chests and x days for a new one. Or is my luck that horrible? Because I thought there were things implemented to prevent that horrid of luck.
