Please change the time on leaver busters ;(

My area lost power and i was in a URF game and now I have a leaver bust and I was waiting for 20 minutes and right when the queue popped and I hit accept there was a pop up that said something about a fail queue accept and now I have to wait another 20 minutes and i was wondering if their was any way of changing the time from 20 minutes to 10.
