Active game was not found

I am having Leave Buster Punishment(Please don't accuse me for this, I believe everyone had this for various reasons). And after i finished waiting the long 20 minutes, and accepted a game, it suddenly said "Active game was not found" and i had to go back and wait for another 20 minutes. Please resolve this because it really bugs me off.
