Game crashes with a bug splat error after I alt-tab out then re-maximize the game.

When playing the game, I often alt-tab out when I'm dead. When I maximize the game to start playing it again, the screen is black for a few seconds then it exits, I get a bug splat error message, and the LoL client is there giving me the option to reconnect.

It doesn't happen every time, but a good amount of the time. I realized this started happening after downloading the latest drivers for my AMD R9 270X, and after I upgraded to Windows 10.

Any help?

I've run into the same issue sometimes myself. It has only happened to me during champ loading screen. It will only happen if I have a lot of things running at the same time and alt-tab in and out of the game quickly. I don't believe it is a bug with league but something between Windows 10 and the video driver. I just keep sending in the error report to hopefully provide enough info for the driver to be updated
