Can't do anything but move (allegedly a Pantheon glitch)

****This has happened to me 2 times in my history of playing league (since season 3), both times it's been on pantheon jungle and I rarely play him.

basically out of nowhere I'm completely unable to use any keys on my keyboard or click an ability and use it that way. the first time it happened (a few months ago at least) I relogged and it didn't fix it, so I reset my computer and it worked again. This time knowing what fixed it last time I informed my team and reset my computer when it happened, when I returned we were already losing our nexus almost but I still couldn't use anything, in addition to that the whole client looked glitchy: I saw weird shadows on each champion (i have shadows turned off) and other visual glitches.**

The second time it happened (just about 10 minutes ago) was right after i used my W to jump to an amumu who was Q'ing me, we ended up on opposite sides of each other and that's when it happened, not sure if this had anything to do with it or not**

this caused me to be taken out of the game for 5+ minutes when we had a good chance of winning, is there any chance my team could get some sort of compensation if the glitch is validated?
