Skills stop activating mid-game

I was playing a ranked game and everything worked fine. Suddenly one-time I tried to back by hitting the b-button and nothing happened. My Q skill wouldn't activate, and then my R-Ultimate wouldn't activate. Eventually we lost of course due to this. When I tried opening a custom game to see if my skills worked again, they did.

I browsed a couple of forums and it looks like this just happens, randomly?

Edit 1: I was able to type said buttons in my chat so it wasn't a keyboard issue.

This happens from time to time, have had it happen at the start. I leave the game, log out, close league completely, then open it and log back it and it usually fixes it. In the game, I just click my champ to move back to base.

I left game, and re-entered but didn't close league completely. If it happens again I'll remember to try that.

Was this with Sion? I think that's a shockingly common bug that's not gotten much attention...

Mine has been with any champ. Just happens, no real rhyme or reason to it.

I was katarina actually. Katarina without a q or ult is useless. lol

It would help if you noted that is was katarina this happened on

Iv'e reported this issue on several occasions and Riot does nothing just ignores it
