PLEASE HELP ME,RIOT ROBBED ME!

While my honor level was locked (I was ban for 14 days) my friend gave me a skin (odyssey yasuo). Of course I didn't care, and my friend's rp was reduced by a certain price. We thought it was until honor level, so we waited for honor lvl 2. Honor lvl 2 came but skin didn't come. How are you not ashamed of Riot?
