Unable to join public games

In a matter of a span of a week, I've gotten over 30 bug splats in trying to connect to league in public normals or flex queue and I i'm very unsure if this will lead into the leaver buster thinking I am just someone who afk's recklessly and doesn't care for me team but I really wanna play but I just don't know why I can't connect to any game :C

Has anyone ever had this issue and or know how to solve it?
