Won't load up the games

So league has been acting up A LOT both on pbe and on live version. It REFUSES to load up the game. I keep getting leaverbusters on live because it won't load up. I've tried going on a different account and it worked. So it's just on MY account. I'm getting MASSIVELY angry with riot because they're punishing me for they're game not working. So I can't even play the god damn game anymore because it won't let me. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it too and you guessed it... IT DIDN'T WORK :D
