Bug when buying items and undoing the buy.

There's a bug I found when going back to spawn with low health and buying an item, if you undo the item you just bought, your health goes back down to whatever number is was when you bought that item. It's so weird... but it got me killed doing this the other day by a lucky Jinx ultimate. Please fix.
