Item vanish in ranked TFT

My first bug report so if in wrong spot, feel free to move it.

Have played 12ish games of TFT today and in almost every game, the items on the lower left of the screen vanish and cant be grabbed or used. at times they will reappear for a quick moment during the PvE matches.
