Why league of legends keeps messing up

Hello Riot.From 1 week or so I've experienced some troubles with my league of legends client.I've got crashes and frezees or league of legends will just close for nothing .You may think I have a trash pc but my pc is good enough to run other games on epic soo I don t think this is the case.Now I;ve got a crash and now I have a leave buster to do and minus 13 lp.Do you have some advice or some solutions about this?
