So Ive Paid 300 2019 tokens for A Hecramin High Noon Skin but i didint have the champion i bought and only got and icon then i bought the champion and skin is gone nowhere to be seen Any help?

Pretty sure thats just a chroma. So you need the champion and the skin to get the chroma.
