Selecting a champ on new accounts is bugged

Whenever you make a new account you get to select free champions as you complete the beginner missions. The first time I got to pick a champion I was unable to select the champion as the select tab didn't want to be pressed as it would disappear whenever I hovered over it. I was able to fix it when I logged onto my friends laptop as I figured it was something going on with my pc. The second time I tried the same thing and it was bugging out on both computers.
