[GAMEPLAY] Devour Heath Pot Bug

Hello,

I notice this last week and again last night. When you are in the jungle with the Devour enchant (I had Skirmisher Devour with Master Yi) and use a Health Pot your attack speed decreases by almost .6. I recreated it a few times last night.

I will try to upload some screen shots later tonight, but just wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug?
