[Howling Abyss] Champions get stuck in place beside blue inhibitor

When beside the blue inhibitor, champions are occasionally getting stuck in place (or at least their animations are). This has happened to me in several locations around the inhibitor. It clears up once you redirect your champion with a few clicks in the opposite direction.
