High ping and stuck on champ select

So Since new years came I've started to notice that my league ping is almost above 100. It always was stuck in 50 and wouldnt go beyond 70. When using discord it goes up to 3000 and stays at 300 best. Other games with discord work perfectly normal with ping being 40-60 while league is unplayable. Also been getting stuck quite frequently on champion select. during ban phase or when its time to pick the timer goes to 0 and i'm stuck there. Sometimes i can see what others are typing and when they are disconnected. Sometimes I get just an error and can go play on but sometimes I don't and i'm forced to dodge gaining a ban.
